OPI Gelcolor Matte Top Coat is the last step of the OPI GelColor system that ensures durable protection with matte finish. 1. Shake GelColor Base Coat vigorously for 1 minute. 2. To properly prepped nails, apply 1 thin base coat leaving a tiny margin around the cuticle area. Cap the free edge. 3. Cure 30 seconds in the Dual Cure LED Light. 4. Shake GelColor shade of choice vigorously for 1 minute. 5. Apply 2 thin coats leaving a tiny margin around the cuticle area. Cap the free edge to prevent shrinkage. 6. Cure each coat 30 seconds in the Dual Cure LED Light. 7. Shake GelColor Top Coat vigorously for 1 minute. 8. Apply 1 thin coat leaving a tiny margin around the cuticle area. Cap the free edge to seal in GelColor. 9. Cure 30 seconds in the OPI Dual Cure LED Light. 10. Remove excess dust. Cleanse nails with a Nail Wipe saturated wit 11. Apply a drop of ProSpa Cuticle Oil and massage into cuticles.
