Artego Lovely Light is a new generation bleaching cream. Gradual (easy to control) and effective, enriched with corn proteins, castor oil, and beeswax. Lovely Light Bleaching Cream – the result of extensive laboratory experiments aimed at creating a product that gently lightens the hair, makes it shiny, soft and healthy. The creamy formula was developed for those people that are sensitive to the volatile components in the powder type bleaches, but that’s not all, thanks to the pleasant aroma, the lightening procedure will be more enjoyable, without noticeable ammonia smell. The cream is almost odorless due to the 50% reduction in ammonium persulfate, comparing to the previous Lovely Light bleaching cream. Application: Preparation: before pouring out the product, manipulate the packaging for a couple of minutes to mix the components of the bleach. During the procedure wear protective gloves and protect the customers' skin with a protective barrier cream. Mix the product in a non-metallic bowl, in the recommended ratio (usually 1:2 – Ex: 30g Lovely Light Bleaching Cream + 60g Lovely Light Developer 10, 20 or 30 Volume (3%, 6% or 9%)). Mix with a brush until a homogenous cream has been achieved. Application: apply the mixture on dry, previously unwashed hair, starting from the more difficult areas. In case you need to bleach the roots or near the scalp, do not use a higher volume than 20 (6%). Make sure than the scalp is not irritated or damaged, test the skin sensitivity as described below. Developing time: it can vary from 10 to 50 minutes, depending on the desired effect. Frequently check the progression of the lightening. In no case use heat above 40°C. Rinsing: once the developing time is over, rinse with Good Society 02 Rich Color shampoo; apply 02 Rich Color conditioner afterward. Preliminary sensitivity test: wash a patch behind the ear or on the forearm and apply the mixture. Leave it to dry, without covering or rinsing off. Rinse 48 hours later; if the tested area doesn’t show any skin reaction, swelling or itching, you can continue with the bleaching procedure. Size: 500g

Artego is a professional salon brand from Italy that approaches hair as a craft, a service, and an expression of personal style. The guiding idea—“Care for Beauty”—shows up in how the portfolio is built: colour, care and styling are designed as one connected system so a stylist can move from consultation, to technical service, to finish, and then to recommended home maintenance without changing “brand language.” The goal is simple: make the creative part easier, and make the result look and feel better for longer.

At the heart of the brand is professional colour. Artego develops complementary colour families and service formats so salons can choose the right tool for each client and each moment: dependable permanent colour for full transformations and grey coverage; gentle toners and gloss services to refresh shine, refine reflect, or re-pigment and unify lengths; and lightening systems engineered for modern techniques. Lines such as It’s Color, You Up2 and Deco Beauty illustrate this modular approach—permanent colour where you need power and precision, toning where you need cosmetic refinement, and bleaching where you need performance with respect for the fibre. This “toolbox” logic supports everything from root retouching to balayage, highlights, colour correction and trend-driven finishes.

Care is treated as a ritual rather than an afterthought. Dedicated ranges invite clients to slow down and enjoy the sensorial side of haircare—textures, fragrances and gestures that turn a treatment into a small wellbeing moment. Easy Care T, for example, presents hair care as a sensory path and links the experience to botanical inspiration, with references to phytotherapy and aromatherapy. Touch positions itself as the first “care gesture,” created to make hair beautiful and cared for, aligning with the broader brand philosophy. In practice, these lines help salons build add-on services (purifying, balancing, repairing, smoothing, anti-breakage, anti-hairloss) that both enhance results and increase value per appointment.

Styling completes the system with products intended to layer, combine and adapt. Rather than pushing a single “hero” finish, Artego supports different hair types and textures and encourages stylists to construct the final look—prep, protect, shape, define, hold and polish—while keeping hair touchable. This makes the brand attractive for busy salons: one coherent catalogue, but with enough variety to tailor to each client.

Behind the formulas is an emphasis on professional standards and responsibility. Artego highlights manufacturing choices such as production powered by renewable energy, compliance with good manufacturing practices (including ISO 22716 certification), and paper choices like FSC materials for certain ranges. Many products are described as paraben-free, reflecting a modern expectation for salon-quality formulas that respect both hair and the wider environment.

Artego’s identity is also distinctly “Made in Italy” in spirit: an artisan approach to quality, combined with curiosity, travel and imagination as sources of inspiration. That culture shows up in the brand’s education-minded, service-focused communication—helping professionals select the right products for their clientele, build differentiated menus, and deliver consistent results that clients can recognize and trust.

For salons outside Italy, platforms like yourartego.com act as a gateway to the assortment and to practical support. The site frames Artego as a brand that helps salons succeed by matching products to salon needs and clientele, encouraging exploration of both colour and care & styling ranges. This consultative positioning matters: it reduces the time spent “guessing” and increases confidence when introducing new services, recommending retail, or building seasonal promotions. With clear line overviews and category navigation, teams can standardize routines, train juniors faster, and keep the backbar organized without limiting creativity. A practical bridge between brand and chair.

In short, Artego is built for professionals who want a complete, coherent salon partner: creative colour options, technically reliable lightening, ritual-inspired care, and flexible styling—supported by a philosophy that keeps beauty and care inseparable.
