When purchasing retail goods (goods purchased at the retail prices indicated in the online store), the Customer has the right to return the goods within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt of the goods in the following cases:

  •  the received goods do not correspond to the order;
  •  the goods are damaged during transportation of the consignment;
  • the goods are damaged.

Goods cannot be returned if their packaging has been opened. We reserve the right to refuse to take back returned goods or refund payments if the product has not been returned in its original, unopened condition, the packaging of the product is mechanically damaged, the packaging is defective, the content of the product does not correspond to the information in the product descriptions.

  • SALON LINE does not claim ownership of the returned goods until the goods are delivered to the sender.

To use the product refusion rights, the Customer must inform us of the decision to withdraw from this agreement (Order-Purchase) with a clear, substantiated, and unambiguous notice. The Customer must send his / her notice on using the rights on withdrawal before the expiry of the return. Refusing the purchase, in the case of a distance contract (being remote), the consumer (Customer) is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the period of withdrawal.
