For retail customers, the provisions of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia apply.

Professional or legal entity

(product purchased at the professional prices shown in the webshop)
The provisions of the Consumer Rights Protection Law do not apply to purchases made by legal entities, including self-employed persons.
To receive the rights provided under the Consumer Rights Protection Law, we recommend purchasing products at retail prices.

By purchasing products at professional prices, the Customer confirms that they understand and accept the warranty terms.

6-month warranty for salon equipment and devices

For salon equipment, devices, electrical appliances and beauty technologies, SALON LINE provides a 6 (six) month warranty in case of material and/or manufacturing defects, starting from the day the Customer takes possession of the product (payment received).

If a defect occurs during the warranty period and the usage instructions have been followed, at our discretion we will:

• repair the product using new or refurbished parts; or

• replace the product with a new or refurbished product; or

• refund the value of the purchased product.

Warranty period for repairs and replacements

This limited warranty applies to any:

• repair,

• replacement of parts,

• replacement of the product,

for the remaining period of the original warranty or for 90 days — whichever period is longer.

All replaced parts and any product for which a refund is issued remain the property of SALON LINE.

Warranty limitations

The warranty applies only to product components that have not been affected by:

• accident, negligence, or careless use;

• failure to follow the usage instructions;

• fire or other external circumstances;

• unauthorized use, modifications, or unauthorized repairs;

• use for commercial purposes if it does not comply with the intended use of the product.
