1) Delivery methods and prices
A) Pick-up on site (Riga)

Pick-up at the Salon Line store (Lastādijas iela 14, Riga) — free of charge.

Delivery/collection time: usually the next day (if the item is in stock on site).

Payment: cash/card on collection, internet banking, card payment, or prepayment invoice.
B) Parcel lockers in Latvia (Omniva / Venipak)

Free delivery from EUR 29.

If the order total is up to EUR 29, delivery to a parcel locker: EUR 4.00.

Delivery time: usually 1–3 days.

Payment (parcel lockers): internet banking, card payment, or prepayment invoice.
C) Courier in Latvia

Venipak courier — free from EUR 60, otherwise EUR 6.90; delivery in 1–3 days.

Payment on delivery: cash or card (prepayment is also available).

DPD courier — EUR 12.00; delivery in 1–3 days.

Payment on delivery: card only (prepayment is also available).

Note about “free courier delivery”: the free-delivery threshold from EUR 60 applies only to couriers where this is indicated under “Free delivery from” (Venipak). DPD courier delivery is not eligible for free delivery.
2) Delivery to Lithuania and Estonia (EE/LT)

Parcel lockers (Omniva/Venipak): EUR 5.00, delivery in 2–4 days.

3) Delivery in Europe (DPD/Venipak courier)
Delivery is carried out by DPD or Venipak courier. Payment: internet banking, card payment, or prepayment invoice.

Zone 1–2 (e.g., Poland, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Slovakia, Finland, Switzerland, Germany, Sweden): EUR 7.00-12.00, 5–7 days.

Zone 3 (e.g., France, United Kingdom, Norway, Slovenia, Hungary, Croatia): EUR 20.00, 5–7 days.

Zone 4 (e.g., Bulgaria, Greece, Italy, Ireland, Portugal, Romania, Spain): EUR 22.00, 5–7 days.

4) Handover to the carrier and delivery times

Immediately after receiving the customer’s payment, the order is handed over to the customer’s selected logistics partner for delivery to the chosen delivery method/address.

Delivery time for ordered items that are available in stock after payment is received is usually:

Latvia: 1–3 business days

Baltics (EE/LT): 2–4 business days

Europe (zones): 5–7 business days

After the parcel is handed over to the carrier, the customer automatically receives shipment tracking information.
5) Oversized orders

Please fill in the checkout form carefully and correctly, providing all required information.

Delivery information must be accurate, valid, and up to date.
7) Liability and contact

SALON LINE is not responsible for delivery delays in cases where the ordered goods were handed over to logistics partners on time, but delivery was delayed due to circumstances that SALON LINE could not foresee and/or control.
