Before placing an order, please read these terms carefully. By continuing to use this webshop, the user (Customer/Client) confirms that they agree to the terms and conditions stated below.
In the SALON LINE webshop, products can be purchased by 3 user groups:

Retail customer (individual)

Professional (individual or legal entity/company)

Wholesale customer (legal entity/company)
I. Purchase Agreement
The Customer’s order is an offer to SALON LINE to supply the product(s) ordered by the Customer.
II. Product Prices and Availability

All prices are shown in EUR including 21% VAT.

Discount percentages are rounded to whole numbers and are valid for the period indicated next to the product.

Prices may be changed without prior notice. Prices are not changed for orders that have already been placed.
If an item is not available:
After receiving the order, if any ordered item is not available, we will send information within 1–2 business days to the email address provided by the Customer. Payment is not required for unavailable items. If payment has already been made, the difference will be refunded to the payer.
In case of a price error:
Despite our efforts, an incorrect price may occasionally be displayed. When processing an order, we will verify the price and:

if the actual price is higher, we will contact you before shipping to confirm whether to keep the item in the order or cancel it;
-
if the actual price is lower, the actual (lower) price will apply.
III. Product Information

Unless clearly stated otherwise in the product information, SALON LINE is not the manufacturer of the products listed in this webshop.

The actual packaging, description and image of a product may differ slightly from what is shown online (due to digital display). Shade differences are possible (especially for decorative cosmetics).

Ingredients may also differ. Always read the product instructions before use.

Product descriptions/annotations are provided by the manufacturer or official representative; SALON LINE is not responsible for discrepancies between the original product description and the information shown in annotations.

Products intended for professional use:
By purchasing products at professional prices, the Customer confirms that the products are purchased for professional use and are intended only for trained and certified beauty professionals (e.g., cosmetologist, beautician, hairdresser, manicurist, pedicurist, etc.). When ordering professional products (marked “For professionals”), the Customer confirms their qualification and assumes full responsibility for correct use and any consequences.
IV. Placing an Order

Select products and add them to the shopping cart.

You can view your cart by clicking the cart icon in the top-right corner of the website.

At any time you can change quantities or continue shopping.

To complete your order, click “Proceed to checkout” and fill in all required information.
IV.1. Retail Customer or Professional

Registered users are encouraged to log in to their account.

If you are ordering for the first time, you can create an account under “Register”.
PROF account (for professionals):
To receive professional benefits and professional prices, you must register as a Professional and have an activated PROF account before placing an order. Registration can be completed:
-
at the SALON LINE store/base, Lastādijas iela 14, Riga, at the Info Centre (1st floor), by presenting an ID and a diploma/certificate; or
-
in the webshop under the “For professionals” section.
Order confirmation:
The order confirmation/invoice will be sent to the email address provided during registration.
Dispatch time:
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
Data protection:
Information and personal data collected during website use and order processing are confidential and are not shared with third parties. Data can be deleted.
IV.2. Wholesale Customer
Wholesale customers are kindly asked to contact us by phone at 67808025 to receive information about the webshop procedures, terms and available options.
V. Installation of Salon Equipment
When transporting salon equipment, it may be delivered partially disassembled. Assembly must be carried out by the Customer. If you require an assembly service, we can provide it — please contact us to agree on the date, time and cost.
VI. Returns
Please note that returns for certain product categories (e.g., perfume, cosmetics, hygiene products, etc.) may be restricted under the laws of the Republic of Latvia and may be accepted only with the Seller’s separate consent.
Items that cannot be returned (examples under Latvian regulations):
tobacco products; perfume/cosmetics/hygiene products; photo and cinematography goods; printed publications; fabrics; carpets (with certain exceptions); certain underwear; children’s clothing; tights/socks; mechanical and electrical devices; vehicles; ships/boats; optical and medical instruments; watches; musical instruments; weapons/ammunition; furniture and similar; toys/games (with certain exceptions); artworks; plants/animals; certain food products; and goods prepared specifically at the consumer’s request.
VI.1. Retail Products
The Customer has the right to return a product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt if:

the received product does not match the order (in terms of technical use/functionality);
-
the product was damaged during transportation;
-
the product is damaged.
Important: products cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened. We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of returned goods or a refund if the product is not returned in its original, unopened condition, if the packaging is mechanically damaged/defective, or if the contents do not match the information in the product description.
SALON LINE does not assume ownership of returned goods until the goods have been delivered to the return destination.
To use the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform SALON LINE with a clear statement before the withdrawal period ends. For returns, please contact our customer support specialist.
VI.2. Professional Products
Professional products (purchased at professional prices) may be returned within 14 calendar days in the same cases as retail products (technical mismatch; transport damage; damage).
Important: products cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened. We also reserve the right to refuse acceptance or a refund if the return conditions are not met.
The provisions of the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Law do not apply to purchases made by legal entities, including self-employed persons.
By ordering professional products, the Customer confirms they are trained to use them and assumes full responsibility for possible consequences. SALON LINE is not liable for damage to third parties due to incorrect use of professional products.
VII. Customs
When ordering products for delivery outside the EU, the Customer may be subject to import duties and other taxes once the shipment reaches its destination. All additional customs charges must be paid by the Customer. SALON LINE is not responsible for these charges. Customs policies vary by country — please contact your local customs office for further information. The Customer is considered the importer and must comply with the laws of the destination country. Cross-border deliveries may be opened and inspected by customs authorities.
VIII. Manufacturer Warranties
Retail customer (products purchased at retail prices): the provisions of the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Law apply.
Professional / legal entity (products purchased at professional prices): the provisions of the Consumer Rights Protection Law do not apply to purchases made by legal entities, including self-employed persons. To receive the rights provided by consumer protection law, please purchase products at retail prices.
For salon equipment, devices, electrical appliances and beauty technologies (material/manufacturing defects), SALON LINE provides a 6-month warranty from the day the Customer receives the product into their possession (payment received). During the warranty period, if a defect occurs and the usage instructions were followed, at our discretion we will:
-
repair the product using new or refurbished parts, or
-
replace the product with a new or refurbished product, or
-
refund the value of the purchased product.
Please contact customer service for instructions on how to obtain warranty service.
IX. Our Liability
SALON LINE and its branches are not liable for:
-
losses not caused by us;
-
any business losses (including loss of profit, income, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill, or wasted expenditure);
-
any indirect or consequential losses that were not foreseeable at the time the purchase agreement was concluded.
We are not responsible for delays or failure to meet our obligations under these terms if the delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This does not affect your right to receive products within the stated timeframe. If a delay occurs before products are shipped, you do not need to pay until the products are shipped.
X. Applicable Law
These terms are governed and applied in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes are resolved through negotiation; if no agreement is reached, the dispute will be finally settled in a court of the Republic of Latvia.
XI. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to make changes to our website and these terms at any time. The Customer must comply with the terms in force at the time of using the webshop and placing an order, unless changes are required by legislation or government authorities. If any provision is considered invalid, the remaining provisions remain valid and enforceable.
XII. Breach of Terms
If the Customer breaches these terms and we do not act immediately, we still retain the right to exercise our rights and remedies in any other situation.
