In the SALON LINE online store, we have products for 3 user groups - retail customer (private person), professional (private person or legal entity), and wholesale customer (legal entity)
1 PROCUREMENT AGREEMENT
The Customer's Order is an offer to SALON LINE to deliver the product (s) ordered by the Customer.
2 PRICES AND AVAILABILITY OF GOODS
All prices are in EUR with VAT 21%. The specified discount percentages are rounded to the nearest tenth and are valid for the period indicated next to the product.
Prices are subject to change for goods represented in the online store without prior notice. Prices do not change when the Order has been placed.
After receiving the Order, in case any of the ordered goods are not available, the information will be sent to the e-mail specified by the Customer within 1-2 working days. There is no charge for goods that are not available. In case the payment is made, the difference is transferred back to the payer.
Despite our best efforts, there is a possibility that the price quoted for an item is incorrect. When processing the Order, we will check the actuality of the prices and:
- in case the actual price of the product will be higher than indicated in the online store, we will contact you before sending the order to clarify whether the product at the fair price is processed in the order or canceled
- in case the actual price of the product will be lower than indicated in the online store, you will have to pay the actual price of the product (the lowest)!

4 PLACING AN ORDER
To place an Order, you must select items in the range offered by the SALON LINE online store and add them to the Shopping Cart.
To view the contents of your Shopping Cart, you need to click on the Shopping Cart symbol at the top right corner of the homepage.
At any time, it is possible to change the goods and quantity in the Shopping Cart or return to the online store's product catalog and continue shopping! To place an order, you must click on the "Make a purchase" box and fill in all the information provided.
4.1 Retail Customer or Professional
If the Customer is a registered user of the SALON LINE online store, we invite you to log in to your SALON LINE account. If the order is placed for the first time and you want to get your SALON LINE user account, it is necessary to fill in the information provided in the Register section.
To receive the privileges of a professional - to purchase all products and purchase products at professional prices, you must be registered as a Professional and have a PROF account activated before placing an order.
Registration can be done in the store-base SALON LINE, Maskavas Street 14, Riga, Info Center (1st floor) by presenting an identity document and a professional diploma, which confirms the acquisition of professional qualification in the particular specialty or online store in the section Professionals.
In case the Customer is already registered client-professional in the store-base SALON LINE, Maskavas Street 14, Riga, it is necessary to register in the Register section and fill in the specified information in the Professionals section. We will assign the Client our SALON LINE user account and activate the account as a PROF - to receive privileges.
In case the Client is a professional and has already obtained his / her SALON LINE user account, then it is necessary to fill in the information provided in the section Professionals and we will activate the account as a PROF for privileges. If the Customer already has their SALON LINE PROF customer account, we invite you to start shopping by logging in to your SALON LINE user account - shopping will be faster and more convenient, as well as you will be able to view your order history, wish list and other information at any time.
To place your order, you need to click on "Place an order" box and fill in the specified information, make a payment or make a payment after receiving the Prepaid invoice (depending on the Delivery-receipt and Payment type selected for the Order).
Order confirmation/invoice will be sent to the e-mail address provided at registering.
The order will be sent within 1-2 working days after receiving the payment.
Information and personal data obtained by visiting the SALON LINE online store and during the processing of the Order are considered confidential and are not disclosed to third parties.

4.2 Wholesale Customer
Wholesale customers, please contact us by phone 67808025 so that we can provide you with information about the procedure, terms, and conditions of use of the SALON LINE online store.
When shopping in the specialized online store of professional beauty products www.salonline.lv, the Customer can choose the most advantageous and convenient method of payment:
- pay by Proforma invoice;
Within one (1) working day after placing the order. A Proforma Invoice will be sent to the specified e-mail. The invoice will show the bank details for making the payment transfer.
We will reserve the ordered goods for 3 working days so that Customer can receive the ordered goods and they would not be sold to another customer! The order will be sent immediately after receiving the Payment.
To speed up the payment and order shipment process, the Prepayment Invoice Number must be indicated in the bank transfer document!
- pay with a Payment Card;
- pay via Internet banking;
- pay at the time when receiving goods:
- pay in the SALON LINE store, Maskavas Street 14, Riga upon receipt of the goods
- pay DPD courier upon receipt of the goods

Upon the entry of the sales contract (after receiving the payment made by Customer), SALON LINE must transfer the order to the logistics carrier selected by the Customer for delivery. SALON LINE must deliver it by the assigned delivery method and address- specified by the Customer. After receiving the payment, the maximum delivery time for the ordered and available goods are:
- in the Baltic States there are 2 - 4 working days;

Tips to avoid delivery delays:

SALON LINE does not take responsibility for Delays in the Delivery process as if the ordered goods were handed over to the logistics partners in time, but the Delivery of the order was delayed due to circumstances beyond SALON LINE's foresight and/or control.
SALON LINE reserves the right not to process the Orders in cases where it is not possible to contact the Customer by the specified telephone number or E-mail.
7 INSTALLATION OF EQUIPMENT
When transporting salon equipment, it may be delivered partially disassembled. Equipment installation work must be performed by the Customer. In case an assembly service is required, we can provide it! Please contact us to agree on the installation date, time, and fee.
8 RETURN OF PURCHASED GOODS
8.1 When purchasing retail goods (goods purchased at the retail prices indicated in the online store), the Customer has the right to return the goods within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt of the goods in the following cases:
- the received goods do not correspond to the order;
- the goods are damaged during transportation of the consignment;
- the goods are damaged.
Goods cannot be returned if their packaging has been opened. We reserve the right to refuse to take back returned goods or refund payments if the product has not been returned in its original, unopened condition, the packaging of the product is mechanically damaged, the packaging is defective, the content of the product does not correspond to the information in the product descriptions.
- SALON LINE does not claim ownership of the returned goods until the goods are delivered to the sender.
To use the product refuse rights, the Customer must inform us of the decision to withdraw from this agreement (Order-Purchase) with a clear, substantiated, and unambiguous notice. The Customer must send his / her notice on using the rights on withdrawal before the expiry of the return. Refusing the purchase, in the case of a distance contract (being remote), the consumer (Customer) is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the period of withdrawal. To return your purchase, please contact our customer support specialist.
8.2 When purchasing professional goods (goods purchased at the prices indicated by professionals in the online store and intended for professional use and use only by registered customers who are trained to use them), the right to return the goods within 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods in the following cases:
- the received goods do not correspond to the order;
- the goods are damaged during transportation of the consignment;
- the goods are damaged.

Please note that the provisions of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Latvian Republic do not apply to purchases when the product is purchased by legal entities, including self-employed individuals. When ordering professional goods, the Customer confirms that he has been trained to use the ordered products and takes full responsibility for the possible consequences of using the products. SALON LINE is not liable for the consequences for third parties in the event of improper use of the professional product.
9 BORDER TAX DUTIES
When ordering goods from the SALON LINE online store and choosing delivery outside the EU, the Customer may be subject to import duties and other taxes levied on the goods when the shipment has reached the specified destination. All additional payments must be made by the Customer. SALON LINE is not responsible for these payments. Customs policies vary from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for more information. In addition, it must be taken into account that, when ordering goods from the online store, the Customer is considered as an importer and all laws and regulations of the country where the ordered goods are received must be complied. The privacy of Customer is important to us, and we want our international Customers to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to be opened and inspected by the authorities.
10 MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTIES

The norms of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Latvian Republic do not apply to purchases when the product is purchased by legal entities, including self-employed individuals.
To receive the rights specified in the norms of the Consumer Rights Protection Law, we invite you to purchase the goods in the online store at retail prices!
By purchasing goods at professional prices in this online store, the Customer confirms that he understands and agrees to the terms of the guarantee.
In the case of defected equipment, electrical appliances, hardware materials, and/or production, we provide a six-month warranty from the date the Customer acquires possession of the product (payment received). During this warranty period, if a defect occurs and the instructions for use have been followed, we will:
- repair the product using new or refurbished parts, or
- replace the product with a new or refurbished product, or
- we will return the value of your purchase.
This limited warranty covers any repair, replacement of spare parts, or replacement of the product for the remaining time of the original warranty period or a period of ninety days, or longer. All replaced parts and refundable items are the property of SALON LINE.
This limited warranty applies only to components of the goods that are not subject to accident, negligence, irresponsible use, non-compliance of the instructions for use, fire or other external conditions, unauthorized use, alteration, repair, or commercial use. Please contact a customer service specialist for instructions on how to receive warranty service for your product.
11 OUR RESPONSIBILITY
SALON LINE and its affiliates are not responsible for:
- losses not caused by us;
- any business losses (including loss of profit, income, contract, expected savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenses);
- any indirect or consequential losses that were not foreseeable for either - the Customer or us, at the time when the purchase agreement was closed between SALON LINE and the Customer.
The laws of other countries may limit or preclude any of the terms and restrictions described above.
We will not be liable for any delay or inability to perform our obligations under these Terms if the delay or non-compliance is for any reason beyond our reasonable control. This provision does not affect your right to receive the product at the specified time. If the delay starts before the products are shipped, you do not have to pay for the products until they are shipped.
12 APPLICABLE LEGISLATION
These regulations are regulated and applied in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Latvia. We both, SALON LINE and the Customer agree that all disputes arising between the parties based on these terms and conditions shall be resolved through negotiations. If no mutual agreement is reached, any dispute, disagreement or claim brought by one party against the other arising from the provisions of the Purchase Agreement will be finally settled in the court of the Republic of Latvia.
13 AMENDMENTS TO THE TRADE RULES
14 INFRINGEMENT OF RULES
If the Customer violates the terms of this Purchase Agreement and the use of this online store, and we do not act, we still have the right to use our rights and legal support afterward in any other situation.
