KC Perm 1 is the waving solution version for natural hair. The procedure changes the hair's shape, while the separate neutraliser sets it. Both products are supplied in specified volumes and used at different treatment stages.
Hydrogenated castor oil helps moisturise the hair and maintain natural shine during perming. Apply the solution evenly to hair wound on rods. After rinsing it out, apply the neutraliser twice: first while the hair is on the rods, then after removing them.
Version No. 1 is designed for natural hair. The kit includes 80 ml of waving solution and 100 ml of neutraliser; other KC Perm versions suit other hair types. Leave two-thirds of the neutraliser on the rods for five minutes, apply the remainder after removing the rods, then rinse thoroughly with warm water.
