Detailed description
The perm solution alters the hair's disulphide bonds so that the hair can be shaped into curls or waves. During neutralisation, the bonds are reformed according to the new shape. For this reason, the neutraliser is a separate and essential setting product in the perming service.
Formula and how it works
The neutraliser contains hydrogen peroxide. The product is supplied as a ready-to-use setting solution and requires no additional mixing before the service.
How do I use the product?
Use 100 ml of neutraliser per service. Leave to process for 5 minutes with the rods in place, then remove the rods and allow a further 5 minutes for setting. Rinse thoroughly, following the perming instructions.
