Refresh your hair colour and boost shine with concentrated direct pigments. The tamarind-based gel-cream helps distribute colour evenly, while the versatile formula lets your hairdresser create a toning mask tailored to your hair.

KEUNE Color Muse Violet Ash is a concentrated direct-pigment hair colour with three uses: colouring on its own, enhancing Tinta Color or Semi Color formulas, and creating a customised Color Brillianz mask. Its gel-cream texture helps the pigments blend evenly into the chosen base.

Features and benefits

  • One pigment can be used for both colouring and preparing a toning mask.
  • The tamarind-based gel-cream makes mixing and even distribution easier.
  • Pure Pigment technology keeps the pigments stable in acidic and alkaline environments.
  • The customised mask can refresh colour between salon visits.

Ingredients and how they work

Tamarind forms part of the gel-cream base, designed for easy mixing, even application and enhanced shine.

Pure Pigment technology allows direct pigments to work in different colouring environments, so they can be incorporated into either a colour formula or a mask.

How to use

In the salon, use as a direct-pigment colour or add to a compatible Tinta Color or Semi Color mixture. Choose the pigment quantity and processing time according to the instructions for the specific service.

To create a customised mask, your hairdresser mixes the pigment with Color Brillianz mask without an activator. Apply the prepared mask to freshly washed, towel-dried hair, massage through the lengths, leave for 3–5 minutes and rinse with lukewarm water. This processing time applies to the prepared mask, not undiluted pigment.

Product story

Color Muse direct pigments are designed to work in several different colouring environments. Pure Pigment technology keeps the pigments stable in both acidic and alkaline conditions. This allows the same pigment system to be used on its own, added to Tinta Color or Semi Color formulas, or mixed with Color Brillianz mask.

The gel-cream base contains tamarind and is designed for easy mixing and even pigment distribution. In the salon, this makes it easier to enhance a colour formula or prepare a toning mask. Your hairdresser adjusts the amount of pigment in the mask to suit your colour, rather than using one formula for every head of hair.

The prepared mask lets you continue caring for salon-coloured hair at home. Apply it to freshly washed, towel-dried hair and rinse after three to five minutes. No activator is needed when using the prepared mask. Afterwards, you can use leave-in Revive Balm to help strengthen the hair and maintain smoothness.
