How to use

The O2 Fizz foot bath has two consecutive stages: first the soaking product, then the fizzing powder added to the same water. Continue with the scrub, cream mask and massage.

Step 1 — initial foot soak

Add the bath product from the first sachet to warm water and mix well. Soak feet for 5–10 minutes.

Step 2 — fizzing powder

With the feet still in the bath, add the fizzing powder from the second sachet. This creates bubbles; continue soaking for another 10–15 minutes.

Step 3 — sugar scrub

Massage the scrub into the skin of your feet and lower legs, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and dry the skin.

Step 4 — cream mask

Apply a cream mask to your feet and lower legs. Leave for 3–5 minutes, rinse with lukewarm water and dry the skin before applying the cream.

Step 5 — massage cream

Massage the cream into the feet and lower legs until completely absorbed. This moisturising finish follows the rinsing of the creamy mask and drying of the skin.
