How to use
Choose the starting length
Select the appropriate guide comb and check its attachment before use. Available lengths are 1.5, 3, 4.5, 6, 10, 13, 19 and 25 mm. If unsure of the desired length, start with a longer comb and shorten gradually.
Blend the fade
Without a comb, adjust the close cut using the side lever within the 0.5–1.2 mm range. Build the fade in gradual passes, changing combs for areas of different hair length. Use the Crunch Blade sound as extra feedback alongside checking the result visually.
Clean and oil the blade
Switch off after cutting and brush hair off the blade with the supplied brush. Apply clipper blade oil and move the taper lever back and forth to distribute it over the cutting surfaces. Wipe off excess with a clean cloth.
Protect the blade set
Fit the blade guard for storage. Before the next cut, check that the blade is clean, oiled and free of visible damage.
