RefectoCil Oxidant, developer for color, creamy 3% 10 vol 100 ml

RefectoCil cream oxidant (3%) is specially designed for use with RefectoCil paints for eyebrows and eyelashes. Easy to mix with the color paste, making an even consistency, which makes it easy and comfortable to apply on eyebrows and eyelashes. The compact packaging of the oxidant allows to squeeze out the desired amount of the oxidant. Consistency eliminates the possibility of spilling the prepared mix.

Application: Add 20-25 drops of RefectoCil cream oxidant (3%) and 2 cm of paint, mix using the application stick. After that apply the paste to eyelashes and eyebrows following the instructions from the RefectoCil paints.
