HYDROLATE gently finishes the process of cleansing and refreshing the epidermis, restoring its comfort and balance. Hydrolate tightens pores, moisturizes and brightens. The product is intended for everyday toning and care for combination skin. Avoids overdrying. It is gentle for the skin.
The main active ingredient of the hydrolate is FLOWER WATER, created in the process of distilling fresh GREEN TEA LEAVES with steam. It contains valuable water-soluble plant substances. The hydrosol has invaluable care properties. It is alcohol-free and gentle, and at the same time has a pH similar to the natural pH of the skin. It is the perfect way to refresh the epidermis while minimizing the risk of irritation. Enriching the formula with TEA OIL, sebo-regulating anti-acne AZELOGLICINE and COMPLEX with ANTI-OX and ANTI-POLLUTION effects, increases the care quality of the product, provides the skin with important and easily digestible minerals and improves its condition. In addition to the caring and conditioning function, the product is a kind of "shield" against air pollution and adverse environmental influences. Thanks to the content of BIOPOLYMER , it significantly reduces the penetration of PM 2.5 suspended dust into the epidermis and limits their destructive effect. This helps to keep the epidermis in good condition, slows down the aging processes taking place in it and makes it stronger.

Bielenda is a Polish cosmetics and skincare brand built on the idea that effective beauty care can be both modern and naturally inspired. Incorporated in 1990, the company has spent more than three decades developing natural cosmetics for everyday face and body care. Bielenda’s philosophy is clear: comprehensive, safe, skin-friendly results come from formulas based on natural active ingredients, supported by cosmetic science and an understanding of real-life routines.
From cleansing to intensive treatments, Bielenda’s portfolio covers face, body, and hair care. The brand creates solutions for different skin types and needs—hydration, comfort, revitalization, glow, barrier support, and age-support programs—so customers can build simple daily rituals or more advanced routines. Today the company’s assortment includes more than 400 products, which reflects both its broad know-how and its ability to translate trends into practical, accessible care.
What differentiates Bielenda is the way it develops products end-to-end. All cosmetics, from the first idea to the final packaged product, are created at the company’s headquarters in Kraków. In the Research & Development Department, a team of technologists and cosmetologists continuously refines formulas in line with current market trends, aiming for products that are effective, efficient in use, and safe. Before anything reaches customers, it is subjected to rigorous laboratory research and testing. Quality is then safeguarded at every step by the Quality Control Department, while the Microbiology Department supervises the microbiological purity of each production batch—an often unseen but crucial layer of confidence for everyday skincare.
Bielenda underlines this commitment to organized, repeatable quality with internationally recognized standards. The company reports holding ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications, covering quality management and environmental management. In practice, this means Bielenda treats product performance and responsible operations as linked goals: a great formula should be backed by reliable processes, and a growing company should reduce its impact on the environment where possible.
Environmental responsibility also shows up in the brand’s day-to-day choices. Bielenda states that it takes particular care to protect nature, which provides both inspiration and ingredients for cosmetic production. Examples it highlights include using plant ingredients sourced from certified crops, excluding animal testing of both finished products and raw materials, implementing biodegradable and recyclable packaging, and working to reduce energy use and greenhouse-gas emissions. These efforts align with the expectations of today’s customers, who increasingly look for brands that combine performance with a more thoughtful footprint.
Recognition in the beauty world is another part of Bielenda’s story. The brand notes that its cosmetics are regularly appreciated by major women’s titles and have won numerous awards across well-known magazine and industry categories. Beyond trophies, this signals consistency: products are tested in real consumer contexts, reviewed by editors, and evaluated by industry experts and B2B media. For many shoppers, this kind of repeated editorial validation helps narrow down choices in a crowded skincare market.
Bielenda’s reach extends far beyond Poland. The company reports that its brand is recognizable both at home and abroad and is now present on store shelves in more than 55 countries worldwide. This international presence is supported by ongoing expansion into foreign markets and a broader corporate ecosystem: the Bielenda Kosmetyki Naturalne Group brings together brands operating across multiple skincare segments, including Bielenda, Bielenda Professional, Soraya, Dermika, BodyBoom, and SheCosmetics. For partners and retailers, that scale can translate into a stable supply, a steady flow of innovations, and a portfolio that fits different customer profiles.
In short, Bielenda blends three strengths: nature-based inspiration, science-led formulation, and disciplined quality control. It is a brand designed for everyday use yet built with professional standards in mind—made in Kraków, tested and verified under rigorous oversight, and delivered to customers around the world who want skincare that feels good, performs well, and keeps evolving.
