This highlight board is used when using special highlight paper
whether foils work and need a solid base.

The High Light Paddles streak boards are available in 3 different lengths:
     small
     medium
     large

Which one you need depends on how long you make strands or depending on what length of foil you are working with.
Thanks to the board, the accent color can be applied much easier, cleaner and more accurately.
