Deco bleach powder black Carbon 9 +Plex 500gr

Carbon bleaching powder up to 9 tones with Plex. The absorbent properties of charcoal make the results more reilable and homogeneousand allow to give extreme shine to your highlights.

Use: mixing ratio 1 :2 / Design Look Oxidizer 10 vol. (6%) - 20 vol. (6%) - 30 vol. (9%) - 40 vol. (12%). With a starting tone level at base 4 the lightening level is 5/6 tones with an application time of 45', and can reach 8/9 tones with an application time of 90' at room temperature 20°C, or 1O tones always in 90' with moderate heating at 37-39°C (body temperature). 5/6 lightening tones: 90' at room temperature - 9 lightening tones : 90 ' at 37-39°C - 10 tones: 90 ' at 37-39°C+20' with starting tone height less than 4 or resistant hair. 

Rinse thoroughly with warm water. Warnings: wear suitable gloves. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. In case of contact rinse immediately with water. Consult a doctor if the irritation persists.
