KEUNE Tinta Color 3011 is an oil-based paste from the Ultimate Blonde 3000 series that lightens and tones hair at the same time. Persulfates act on natural and artificial pigments while the colour components impart tone.

The oil base and persulfates are designed to lighten pigments, while persulfate-resistant pigments add tone at the same time. Integrated Bond Fuser technology is designed to protect hair bonds during lightening.

How to use

Mix the paste with the appropriate developer at 1:2. Choose the developer according to the technique and scalp contact; do not use 12% developer with the 3000 series.

Apply to the intended sections, monitor the lightening process and do not exceed the processing time specified in the instructions. Do not use on previously lightened or damaged hair. Rinse thoroughly and finish with post-lightening care.

The Ultimate Blonde 3000 series combines lightening paste with colour pigments. Persulfates lighten natural pigments or pigments from previous colouring, while the persulfate-resistant colour components impart tone. Lightening and toning therefore take place in a single processing stage rather than with two separate products.

The oil base is one of this paste's defining features. The range also includes integrated Bond Fuser technology, designed to protect existing hair bonds during lightening. The paste can be used for full-head lightening or highlighting, but developer choice depends on scalp contact.

Mix one part paste with two parts of the compatible developer. Do not use 12% developer with this range, and do not apply to previously lightened or damaged hair. After lightening, rinse and continue with After Color Shampoo and After Blonde Treatment to complete the service with cleansing and care.
