Using light pressure, glide the gua sha from your chin along the jawline towards your ear, then from the centre of your cheek outwards.
Repeat on both sides of your face, allowing approximately 5 minutes in total, and clean the tool after use.

Application tip: Hold the stone at an angle and support your skin with your free hand if needed. Use slow gliding movements along facial contours without pulling firmly on the skin.
