- Massage briefly and gently with damp fingertips, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water or remove with a mask sponge.
- Follow with a suitable night cream. Use no more than 2–3 times weekly, according to your skin's tolerance.
- Use UV protection during the day. Avoid retinol, other acid products and mechanical exfoliants in the same routine.
