The toner enriches the skin with alpha-bisabol, providing a soothing effect, includes lactic acid, and maintains the skin's natural pH level of 5.5. The toner does not overdry or damage the skin of the face, and does not leave a sticky feeling. Suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin.
